All products are subject to a high quality control. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchase, we can do exchange - for another item, or refund - shipping costs included (if that value was added in your purchase).
You may exchange the products or return them for a refund within 15 days upon receiving your order. In order to analyze the situation, click here to contact us or send an email to [email protected] explaining the situation.
It is required a copy of the purchase receipt.
The return shipping costs are the customer's responsability. If the customer wants to exchange the item, shipping costs will be paid by us.
The items returned must be in perfect condition - including tags and any packaging. All components will be inspected.
The warranty does not cover inappropriate or abnormal use of the product, and damages related to failure to follow the instructions.
Ana Segurado reserves the right to reject the exchanges or returns submitted after the stipulated period limit, or items that are not in the same condition they were sent to the client.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you have made your order, you will receive an email with the date that includes your address reception. Please confirm if it is correct.
The shipment will be made through the CTT EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE for Portugal, Islands and Spain. EMS INTERNATIONAL to Europe and another countries. To increase the security, it will include a reception receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your purchase, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

It is important that the customer inspect the package, to make sure that it was not tampered or damaged, before accepting it or signing the reception receipt.
